In August 2008 Publishing House ‘’Ukrpol’’, received a certificate of compliance for the manufacture of cardboard boxes for food products, as well as boxes made of cardboard for medicaments.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001:2000)

In Publishing House ‘’Ukrpol’’ is developed and implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements DSTU standard ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000).In April 2008 Company “NORD Ukraine” conducted the external audit of firm, which documentary confirmed persistent, purposeful work of guidance and personnel of firm, on making of high-quality products.

MANUFACTURE

The technical basis of the company is oriented to well-known West-European polygraphic equipment manufacturers. High-quality pre-press, press and post-press finishing are performed on up-to-date equipment of the worldwide known companies HEIDELBERG, BOBST, POLAR.

At present ‘’The Publishing House’’ ‘’Ukrpol’’ is making use of

- three high-speed guillotine cutters;

- five printing machines;

- one varnishing line;

- three high-speed die-cutters;

- four high-speed paper box gluing folding machines

- two folder machines

- calendar collating machines with horizontal line feeder arrangement (with clip)

- binding machine

In 2008 we started to build a new printing house equipped with up-to-date polygraphic equipment and plan to put it into operation in 2009-2010. The main specialization of this printing house will be cardboard packing manufacturing for food products, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.
